Founded in 2023 in a small, cramped apartment in Odessa, Ukraine, OdessaLux began as the passion project of two developers with a shared obsession for hardcore tactical RPGs and deeply atmospheric storytelling.
The name OdessaLux - meaning "The Light of Odessa" - was chosen ironically. From our very first prototype, we have specialized in exploring the dark, the mysterious, and the challenging aspects of human nature through interactive media.
What started as a two-person team has grown into a renowned independent studio. Our breakthrough title in 2024, Black Sea Chronicles, put us on the international map. Today, we continue to push the boundaries of narrative and gameplay, maintaining our commitment to premium, uncompromising game design.
